Returns must be made within 21 days of purchase. If you exceed the 21 days we will unfortunately be unable to refund your purchase(s). Please contact us if you require a refund by using the ‘contact us’ section via the website, or via email at email@example.com. Please include your order number and tell us your reason for your returning. If the goods are faulty or contain incorrect goods / damaged goods please contact us immediately with pictures, and we will be able to amend the issue.
When returning your items please include your order number, name and address in the package you are sending back to us. Do not dispose of any damaged items as we may require to collect your goods to replace. If there is no error on our part, we will only issue a refund for the cost of the items purchased, and not any delivery charges. Please note that refunds will not be granted if the product isn’t in the same condition and packaging as it was sent. We recommend wrapping your return safety so it prevents any products getting damaged. Please allow us 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed. Sale items will not be eligible for refunds. When returning your items please include your order number, name and address in the package you are sending.
